Project Overview

Following a significant water leak, Swindon Borough Council required structural alterations and repairs to one of its office spaces. The works included ceiling repairs, the installation of a large skylight and redecoration of the affected room and adjoining hallways. The aim was to restore the structural integrity of the space, introduce more natural light and refresh the interior to a high standard.

Scope of Works

The project included:

Our Approach

Our team began by assessing the extent of the water damage to determine the necessary structural repairs. The ceiling was rebuilt to restore safety and stability and a large skylight was installed to improve natural lighting. Redecoration works were carried out to match the refreshed finishes throughout the room and hallways. All works were completed with minimal disruption to the building’s operations.
