Oxford University College commissioned a full refurbishment of one of its Oxford buildings to enhance both functionality and appearance. The works included complete internal and external redecoration, refurbishment of 2 bathrooms, along with significant upgrades to key facilities. The project scope extended to a kitchen upgrade, flooring replacement and improvements to the electrical systems. All works were carried out in keeping with the historic nature of the building while meeting modern performance and safety standards.
Our in-house team planned the works to respect the building’s heritage while introducing durable, high-quality finishes. Internal and external redecoration was carried out using materials suitable for long-lasting performance in a high-use environment. The kitchen upgrade focused on improving usability and efficiency, while the flooring installation was chosen for durability and style. Electrical works brought the building up to current standards, ensuring both safety and reliability. All trades were coordinated to minimise disruption to the College’s activities.
The refurbishment has revitalised the College building, creating a cleaner, brighter and more functional space for occupants. The redecoration works have restored visual appeal both inside and out, while the upgraded kitchen, flooring and electrics improve daily usability and performance.
