Behind Property Care is a strong leadership team, supported by a dedicated office and site workforce. The company is led by our three directors – Neil Clinkard, Charlie Kerr and Dan Hare, who are supported by surveyors, accounts staff, training specialists and a health and safety department.
On-site, every project benefits from a fully trained site management team, including SMSTS-qualified managers, who oversee works and maintain the highest safety standards. Alongside them, our directly employed operatives bring expertise across every trade, ensuring quality is delivered consistently.
Safety is central to our operations. Our in-house site managers work closely with clients to oversee all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
