About Property Care

Property Care has delivered trusted construction and refurbishment services across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties for over 30 years, built on people, expertise and reliability.

Who We Are

Property Care is a trusted construction and refurbishment company based in Oxfordshire. For more than 30 years we have delivered a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial and educational sectors. From full house refurbishments to school extensions and care home upgrades, we are proud to serve clients who value quality, safety and reliability.

Every project is supported from proposal to handover, ensuring clients benefit from expert guidance at every stage. By managing ideas, budgets and construction with care, we deliver results that meet both immediate requirements and long-term goals.

Our History

Property Care began with modest housing projects, working closely with local communities to deliver practical and affordable solutions. Over time, our reputation grew and we expanded into larger residential developments, commercial refurbishments and educational projects. Today, we continue to work across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, trusted by private clients, landlords, housing associations and institutions.

Although we have grown significantly, our commitment to quality and personal service remains unchanged. Many of our long-term clients return to us because of the consistency, reliability and care we bring to every project.

Our Approach

We believe in working with clients as partners. From the earliest discussions, we listen carefully to your goals, manage budgets with transparency and provide clear guidance throughout the build.

Our projects are delivered by in-house teams, reducing reliance on subcontractors and ensuring consistent standards of workmanship. From carpenters and bricklayers to plumbing engineers, plasterers, decorators and floor layers, every trade is represented within Property Care. This approach gives us control, accountability and the ability to meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Our People

Behind Property Care is a strong leadership team, supported by a dedicated office and site workforce. The company is led by our three directors – Neil Clinkard, Charlie Kerr and Dan Hare, who are supported by surveyors, accounts staff, training specialists and a health and safety department.

On-site, every project benefits from a fully trained site management team, including SMSTS-qualified managers, who oversee works and maintain the highest safety standards. Alongside them, our directly employed operatives bring expertise across every trade, ensuring quality is delivered consistently.

Site Management and Safety

Safety is central to our operations. Our in-house site managers work closely with clients to oversee all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. By combining technical expertise with rigorous processes, we deliver projects that are safe, efficient and completed to specification.
